CATALYST PLAYERS
Everyone in Baldwin County should be aware of CATALYST. They are a powerful, mostly secret, political group that represent the Status Quo, the good ole boys. Good ole boys exist in many places however in Baldwin County they have been bold enough to adopt the title of CATALYST.
In 2018, mid-term elections, CATALYST almost pulled off the perfect political coup. CATALYST ran candidates for almost every Baldwin County race. If it had not been for several social media sources and Lagniappe informing the public what was going on, CATALYST would have had control of Baldwin County Government.
In 2016 Fairhope Municipal Elections represented a full slate of CATALYST candidates. Several of the council said they were there own men and so so forth, however in the following years their lies rose to the surface, exposing their affiliation to CATALYST. The council was the body of the CATALYST snake and Mayor Cant was the head of the snake. The head of the snake got cut off but the body still squirmed. The council immediately hired the same law firm for our city attorney and the same municipal Judge.
The municipal attorney and Judge are appointed by council and are CATALYST. The city attorney just botched up the McSherry case, on purpose. Ask yourself why.
The municipal Judge is the largest developer in the city, approved by the city council, go figure. These positions need a transfusion of new blood and the old thrown away.

CATALYST is going to have a block vote for council, a candidate for every seat. They want the power back and they want to keep their CATALYST legal staff to protect them. Mayor Wilson is not CATALYST and CATALYST will be running a candidate to challenge her.
Fairhope; game on, CATALYST roaches are already preparing for the municipal elections. Be prepared for every political dirty trick you think may exist. CATALYST will spare nothing during the upcoming election. Fairhope can move forward and become the Fairhope every one can be prod of, or we can elect CATALYST and the corruption will flourish.
In the coming months you are going to hear more than you wish about CATALYST. Pay attention, CATALYST represents FAUXHOPE and NOHOPE.
CATALYST has its eyes on Washington by putting their CATALYST candidate in congress, sponsored by Washington good ole boys. A CATALYST candidate in the swamp, just adds more swamp and benefits no one, except CATALYST.
Runoff elections usually see the lowest number of voters, this is one race you better not sleep through.
