This is not a proven fact, it's just a collection of puzzle pieces that needs to be looked into. This is a long narrative but worth the read. One thing I think everyone will agree on is Alabama is the most corrupt state in the United States. Everyone agrees a need for a bridge, they do not agree that a bridge should be built on the backs of Mobile and Baldwin County.
