Attention Baldwin County Legal Eagle fans that follow the Family Court issues in Baldwin County. There are multiple complains filed against a particular Judge that are pending as well as pending complaints against certain attorneys. We are refraining from details until we have responses to those complaints. We do wish to advise you that it is an active issue that we are addressing and it is not on a back burner.
Mayor Kant, after receiving the official news that he lost his re-election bid, promised a smooth transition from his administration to the new administration, which takes over Nov. 7th. The Mayor, like much of the community, is slowly coming out of shock; and he’s still taking orders from his good ole boy club and a remora-like gaggle of entitled attorneys.
The Mayor’s first transition move was his announcement of a Performing Arts Center:

This is another letter about election fraud in Fairhope. There are several filed with the Alabama Sec. of State, Election Division.
This letter would normally be easy to dismiss, as it comes from a candidate who ran for office. However, Dr. Warner’s letter came after the “observations of a poll watcher” and he was not aware of the polls watcher letter at the time he wrote his letter.
Dr. Warner’s letter is now supported by an actual witness, a poll watcher, to the Fairhope elections.

Why did a judge suddenly seal a case against the City of Fairhope after details of the case were made public?
The case is a land dispute involving a street where the several major supporters of Mayor Tim Kant live including his Campaign Chairman.
Could it be because the article revealed that Kant had accepted money from an interested party in the suit, Bobby Faust?

The observations of a poll watcher is just one of several letters involving Fairhope elections and alleged fraudulent behavior within the polling place. This is not a conspiracy theory. This is the observation of a poll watcher who witnessed many different violations. The last paragraph of his statement reads, “Because of the issue of not being allowed to observe the final machine opening and tape certification, I could not testify in a court of law that final certification procedures were properly certified and secure.
In June of this year, the Planning and Zoning Board expressed their frustration with citizens of Fairhope who defend themselves by legal means. Friends of Fly Creek, Plaintiffs — and certainly friends of the public, brought a lawsuit against the City of Fairhope, Fairhope Planning and Zoning, Fairhope City Council, and Leaf River group LLC, Defendants. The Defendants in turn moved to dismiss the lawsuit all together. Planning and Zoning doubled down on their decision, calling the lawsuit "frivolous.
